Fast Sports challenge was a sports
event hosted by the Fast Sports Society at the Lahore campus of the university.
The event had several sports event, both indoor and outdoor as well as gaming.
Even though it is the only sports event the university organizes, it wasn't up
to the standards of the university.
The university as we know, is very strict
about the timings and wants the pupil to be punctual but the event was the
total opposite. Almost no part of the sports challenge was on time, even the 'Qawali
Night' did not start on time. Moreover this was met with poor refereeing
decisions in most of the games. The badminton matches were also held inside a
tent to give an "indoor" environment. So on the whole it can be said
that the Fast Sports Challenge did not meet the hype it had created and was a
disappointment for the participants.
