Academic Environment & Teaching Methodology at FAST

The faculty at FAST consists of highly qualified professionals who have received their degrees from some of the most prestigious and leading International Universities. Consequently, the students at FAST are exposed to one of the best teaching methodology employed anywhere in Pakistan. This comprises of interactive classroom lectures, presentations, case studies, quizzes, research theses and real-life projects. Students are expected to complete progressively difficult level of assignments and projects before they move on to the next level.

Special emphasis is placed on carrying out original research, in which students are assisted by their faculty. A number of FAST students have participated in International Programming competitions and conferences, which helps in broadening their vision and exposure. Most significant aspect of studying at FAST is that the students are ingrained with a lifelong desire to learn and develop their professional and personal skills on continual basis.
